One-time travel eSIMs
Contact support immediately. Once a plan has been provisioned, delivered, installed, activated or used, cancellation may no longer be technically possible and refund eligibility may be limited.
Recurring Virtual Numbers
Where recurring service is offered, cancellation stops future renewal according to the displayed billing interval. Already incurred charges and supplier setup costs are not automatically refundable. Cancelling a number may permanently release it and recovery is not guaranteed.
Verification delays
If required verification is not completed, an order may remain pending or be cancelled. Supplier or regulatory checks can affect timing.
