eSIM Device Compatibility

Check the device and carrier requirements before purchasing a travel eSIM.

Last updated: July 25, 2026

A compatible model can still be restricted by its country variant or original carrier. Always check the settings on the exact device you will use.

1. Find the EID

Dial *#06# or check About in device settings. An EID usually indicates eSIM capability.

2. Check SIM settings

Look for “Add eSIM”, “Add mobile plan” or a similar option under cellular or network settings.

3. Confirm carrier unlock

A carrier-locked phone may reject travel eSIM profiles even when the hardware supports eSIM.

Common compatible families

Many recent Apple iPhone, Google Pixel and Samsung Galaxy models support eSIM. Support is not guaranteed for every model, market, firmware version or carrier variant.

If you are unsure, contact us with the exact model number before purchasing. Do not rely only on the retail model name.
