Expected timing
Most digital orders are delivered within minutes. Some orders may require fraud screening, identity verification, supplier processing or manual review and may take up to 24 hours.
Travel eSIM delivery
Delivery may include a QR code, manual activation details and plan-specific instructions. Delivery does not guarantee network performance or device compatibility.
Virtual Number activation
Activation depends on supplier availability, local regulations and any required identity or business verification. A requested number or location is not confirmed until supplier allocation succeeds.
Customer responsibility
