These Terms govern purchases and use of WorldSIM services supplied by ELITE SOFTWARE SOLUTION INC through worldsim.online.

1. Services

WorldSIM offers prepaid travel eSIM data and a separate Virtual Numbers service. Features, destinations, validity, recurring terms and availability are those displayed for the selected service at checkout. Supplier inventory and network conditions may change.

2. Eligibility and lawful use

You must provide accurate information and use services lawfully. You must not use WorldSIM for fraud, impersonation, unsolicited messaging, robocalling, harassment, network abuse, OTP bypass or circumvention of platform rules.

3. Orders and verification

An order is accepted only after successful payment, required screening and supplier confirmation. We may request information reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, identity checks, telecommunications compliance or sanctions screening.

4. Delivery and activation

Most digital orders are delivered within minutes. Some orders may require fraud screening, identity verification, supplier processing or manual review and may take up to 24 hours. Activation depends on plan rules, coverage, device compatibility and supplier availability.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices and currency are displayed before checkout. Taxes or setup fees are shown where applicable.

Payments are securely processed by the authorized payment provider displayed during checkout. The applicable payment provider’s buyer terms may also apply.

6. Virtual Number renewals

Where recurring service is offered, the billing interval and fees are displayed before purchase. Service may renew until cancelled under the displayed terms. Number retention depends on timely payment, compliance and continued supplier availability.

7. Liability

Connectivity can be affected by local networks, device settings, regulations and events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Services are not offered where prohibited by applicable sanctions, telecommunications regulations, supplier restrictions or local law.
