eSIM Installation Guide

Prepare, install and activate your travel eSIM safely.

Use the instructions delivered with your specific plan. Menu names vary by device.

Before installation

  • Connect to reliable Wi-Fi.
  • Update your device if appropriate.
  • Keep the QR code available on another screen or use manual details where provided.
  • Do not scan the same one-time QR code on multiple devices.

Typical installation flow

  1. Open cellular or mobile-network settings.
  2. Select Add eSIM or Add mobile plan.
  3. Scan the supplied QR code or enter the manual activation details.
  4. Label the line “WorldSIM Travel”.
  5. Select the travel eSIM for mobile data when you are ready to use it.
  6. Enable data roaming for that line only if the instructions require it.

If the plan does not connect

Restart the device, allow time for network registration and check that the correct data line is selected. Contact support before deleting the profile.
